Spend some time down at the Mildura Riverfront Precinct. Located just a short walk from the CBD on the banks of the Murray River is the riverfront precinct. Pick up quality fresh produce, preserves, sauces, nuts, honey, meats and more. But the star of the market is the breakfast stall, which shows visitors exactly what they can create with the goods they purchase at the market. Australian Inland Botanic Gardens

Visit the Australian Inland Botanic Gardens located right in Mildura. This lovely garden space is the first semi-arid botanic garden in the Southern Hemisphere. This means that the garden is a showcase of diverse plants that have been curated to thrive in high-temperature environments. Follow the Nature Trail to see the displays of native trees, shrubs and flowers, visit the Garnpang Homestead - a heritage building transported to the gardens, stroll through the rose garden to see the beautiful floral exhibit and stop by the oldest tree in the Mallee tree estimated to be approximately 2500 years old.
