Kings Park and Botanic Garden
Kings Park is one of the largest inner city parks in the world. While two-thirds of the 400-hectare park is protected bushland, this enormous park isn’t short on things to do. Climb the spiralling DNA Tower for beautiful panoramic views, rent a bike for a ride, walk one of the many trails, see the wildflowers, and even enjoy some retail therapy inside the Gallery shop. Kings Park is also home to the Botanical Gardens, which displays over 3,000 of Western Australia’s unique flora.

The Perth Zoo is home to many animals and plants from around the world. Sit in on one of the free keeper talks or get up close and personal with one of the close encounters on offer. Elizabeth Quay
Experience the waterfront precinct on the banks of the Swan River. It is easily accessible via public transport or a walk from the CBD. There’s much to do here with the BHP Billiton Water Park, segways, public art, Little Ferry Co., Gondola on the Swan, promenades and a range of trendy bars and restaurants.
Bell Tower
One of the most unique experiences in Perth is the Bell Tower. Overlooking the picturesque Swan River, the Bell Tower is home to 12 bells of St Martins in the Fields, one of London’s most famous churches.
