1. Entry into the "Melbourne Comedy Festival Experience" (the "Competition") is open to approved KINTO members who are residents of Australia and over the age of 18 years. The Promoter is KINTO, a program of Toyota Finance Australia Limited ABN 48 002 435 181 (the "Promoter"). Entry into the Competition is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The officers, management and employees (or immediate family of an officer, manager or employee) of the Promoter and the agencies associated with this Competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition begins at 12:00pm (AEDT) on Monday 3rd February 2025 and closes at 23:59 (AEDT) on Thursday 13th March 2025 (the "Competition Period").
4. To enter the Competition and be eligible to win, entrants must:
be over the age of 18 years
be a resident of Australia; and
be an approved KINTO member by the conclusion of the competition period
PRIZE
5. There are six Prizes to be won:
2 X Major Prizes, each consisting of:Two return flights to Melbourne from the winners nearest capital city (if not a resident of Melbourne)
Two nights accommodation at a TFE hotel of the winners choice in Melbourne’s CBD (Adina, Vibe, Rendezvous, Quincy and Travelodge Hotels). Subject to availability and not available over special event periods.
Three double passes (6 tickets in total) to Melbourne International Comedy Festival presented shows at the 2025 events between Wednesday 26 March and Saturday 19 April
Two $150 restaurant vouchers, one at Fancy Hanks Barbecue Restaurant and one at JUNI Melbourne
A $500 KINTO voucher

A double pass (2 tickets in total) to a Melbourne International Comedy Festival presented show at the 2025 event

6. Major Prize can be redeemed on any two-day period of the winners choosing between Wednesday 26 March and Saturday 19 April 2025. The Melbourne International Comedy Festival will provide a list of shows for the winner to choose from and the winner may choose the three comedy shows they wish to attend.
7. Passes for the Minor Prize consist of two passes to a Melbourne International Comedy Festival presented show on Wednesday 9th April 2025, and two passes to a Melbourne International Comedy Festival presented show on Thursday 10th April 2025. The selected shows will be at the discretion of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
8. Minor prize winners are responsible for their own transport to the show. Flights and accommodation will not be provided for interstate winners of minor prizes.
9. Total prize value is approximately $8,000 (Australian Dollars).
AWARD OF PRIZE
10. Entry is deemed upon completing the entry form at www.kinto.com.au/micf. Entries will not be accepted by the Promoter in any other form.
11. Only one entry per person is allowed.
12. The mobile number and email address of winners will be matched to KINTO membership to confirm eligibility.
13. This is a game of chance. Each valid entry will be entered into the draw.
14. The draw date is Friday 14th March 2025 2:00pm (AEDT) at 155 Bertie St, Port Melbourne Victoria. Major Prizes will be drawn first. The Prize winners will be chosen by using a random number generator (random.org).
15. Prize winners will be notified by mobile phone and an email on Friday 14th March 2025 2:30pm (AEDT). Notifying emails will be sent from a KINTO/Toyota/TFAL email address. KINTO takes no responsibility for emails not being received by the prize winner, or for sent emails being directed to a prize winner’s junk or spam mailboxes.
16. Prize winners’ first names, last names and residing Suburb will be published as social media posts on the KINTO Facebook & Instagram accounts.
17. A Prize winner must reply to KINTO’s notifying email, or verbally accept their prize during the mobile call to claim their Prize. If a prize winner does not claim their Prize by 17th March 2025 at 23:59 (AEDT), then the Prize will be forfeited. Any and all unclaimed Prizes will be subject to a redraw. The redraw will take place on March 18th 2025 at 2:00pm (AEDT) at 155 Bertie St, Port Melbourne Victoria using a random number generator (random.org).
18. The Prize will be delivered to the Prize winners email address within 1 day of the Prize winner claiming their Prize in accordance with Clause 17.
19. If the Prize (or any part of the Prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute the Prize (or a relevant part of the Prize) with a Prize of equal or greater value to the extent this is permitted by a regulatory authority.
AGE
20. Entrants must be over 18 years old to enter the Competition. Any entry from persons who do not meet this age criteria will be determined ineligible for entry.
GENERAL
21. All entrants agree to provide the Promoter or the Promoter's authorised agent with proof of identity, residency, age and/or proof of entry validity if selected as the Prize winner/s or if reasonably requested by the Promoter or the Promoter's authorised agent. Proof of age, identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. In the event that the Prize winner cannot provide suitable proof, the Prize winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
22. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for late, lost or misdirected entries and all entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the entry into the Promoter's database and NOT time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter will accept no responsibility for any delays to entry caused by technical disruptions or malfunctions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for outdated or incorrect contact details or contact details by which the entrant cannot be contacted during business hours on the relevant dates. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address or from automated competition entry services are invalid. Only genuine entries from individuals are permitted.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the award of prize/s to, and/or to disqualify any individual who, as determined in the sole discretion of the Promoter, has breached these terms and conditions or who has otherwise engaged in unlawful or improper conduct that is designed to jeopardise the fair conduct of the Competition.
24. Entrants are advised that their personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and their names as the winner may be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
25. A decision of the Promoter in relation to the conduct of the Competition is binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into.
26. Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the Prize or entering the Competition.
